Working with Ashley was a great experience. As first-time home buyers, this process was very daunting but she did an excellent job explaining it to us. She was actually out of town when we toured our house, but she was able to arrange a showing with one of her colleagues. She also helped us craft competitive offers to make sure we were putting our best foot forward. An hour before the offer deadline, I texted her about revising our offer and she was able to do so immediately. If we didn't revise our offer, I don't think we would be in this house right now. She was always available and would gladly answer our questions. We didn't work with her for long, but I think that speaks to her effectiveness as an agent.
