It was our first time buying a house, and she was able to deftly teach us about the subtleties of the process while helping us to find a house we are really excited about for a reasonable price. She was incredibly responsive and supportive, and we always felt like she was a champion in our corner who could easily be reached. Beyond that, she has a sixth sense for home quality and latent issues, and she is extremely knowledgeable about the area in which we focused (Southwest Austin). Most importantly of all, we had a ton of fun looking at houses with her and always looked forward to our interactions. We were first-time home buyers coming from out of state and had limited window to find a home. Ashley made the process stress free and easy. She thoroughly explained the home-buying process, educated us the various neighborhoods that fit our needs and likes, and laid out a regimented plan for us to stick to make sure we met our goal. In the two days we were in Austin, Ashley managed to fit all the homes we wanted to view. Her expert knowledge of the area coupled with her keen eye for issues helped optimize our schedule and afforded us more time at the homes she thought met all of our requirements. By the end of our trip, we had a found our dream home. Ashley was again instrumental in sealing the deal.
